The Community of Proprietors Law is regulated by the Ley de Propiedad Horizontal in Spain.

Lauro Golf Residential Community comprises of a Community President, Auditor, and an official Administrator. The Community of Proprietors Law, in conjunction with the Junta Directiva, controls how the Community President can carry out his/her duties. The Community President and Auditor are elected by the property owners at their Annual General Meeting.

One of the most important rolls of the Community President and Auditor is to set the budget of the community for the coming year where each owner pays a Community Fee.
